This role is designed for ambitious sales professionals who are passionate about real estate, enjoy building relationships, and have the drive to close high-value property transactions. Successful candidates will play a key role in marketing the company’s property developments, engaging prospective buyers, and contributing to business growth.

Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

  • Identify and engage prospective clients interested in purchasing residential and commercial properties.
  • Conduct property inspections, client presentations, and sales meetings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and business partners.
  • Follow up on sales enquiries and convert qualified leads into successful transactions.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with the legal and marketing teams to ensure seamless property transactions.
  • Stay updated on available properties, pricing, promotions, and investment opportunities.

Requirements

Applicants should possess:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Law, or any related discipline.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the real estate industry or high-value product sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivation, confidence, and the ability to work independently.
  • A professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to thrive in a target-driven and fast-paced sales environment.
  • Knowledge of the Lagos real estate market will be an added advantage.

Preferred Location

Applicants should reside within or around Ojota, Ikeja, Ketu, Maryland, Gbagada, Yaba, Ilupeju, Mushin, Oshodi, Bariga, Oworonshoki, Palmgrove, or nearby areas in Lagos.
